Regulations of British Columbia, are an unofficial
consolidation issued electronically to subscribers
of QP LegalEze by the Queen’s Printer. The green
highlighted areas of the data represent changes that
have come into force since the last official
consolidation issued by the Queen’s Printer.

The Province of British Columbia does not warrant the
accuracy or the completeness of this electronic version
of the data, nor that QP LegalEze will function without
error, failure or interruption. In no event will the
Province be liable or responsible for damages of any
kind arising out of the use QP LegalEze. The Province
is not responsible for the failure to provide access to
QP LegalEze or the data if that failure is due to the
Subscriber’s equipment, the Internet or any
